THESE CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP GOVERN MEMBER PARTICIPATION IN THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS PROGRAM. IT IS THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP AND TO MONITOR THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER WEBSITE TO DETERMINE IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP EXCEPT FOR THOSE SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT. JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INTERPRET AND APPLY THESE CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS PROGRAM MAY BE MODIFIED BY JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER AT ANY TIME, OR TERMINATED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

CHANGES TO THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS PROGRAM AND MEMBER ACCOUNTS

JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER MAY TERMINATE THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS POWER POINTS PROGRAM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER MAY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, AMEND THE JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS PROGRAM CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING TERMINATING ANY MEMBER'S ABILITY TO REDEEM POINTS ALREADY ACCRUED, AT ANY TIME.

LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER, OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH A MEMBER, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER OR ANY JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER POWER POINTS PLAN MEMBER IN CONNECTION WITH THE POWER POINTS PLAN. IF JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER AND/OR ANY POWER POINTS PLAN PARTNER IMPROPERLY DENIES A MEMBER POWER POINTS CREDIT OR SOME OTHER BENEFIT, THE MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE ISSUANCE OF THE IMPROPERLY DENIED CREDIT, AWARD OR BENEFIT, IF AVAILABLE, OR SUCH ALTERNATIVE, COMPARABLE BENEFIT AS DETERMINED BY JOHN PLYLER HOME CENTER IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?
